Set among the rolling hills and valleys of São Luiz do Purunã in southern Brazil, Tiny House Purunã is a compact off-grid retreat that makes the most of its spectacular surroundings.

Clad in timber and defined by clean, angular lines, the tiny home features a floor-to-ceiling glass façade that brings the landscape into the living space. The home is designed for independent living, generating its electricity from solar panels and drawing water from a natural spring on the property.

The kitchen, dining area and sleeping space are arranged within a single open-plan room, with the rattan sofa doing double duty as the footboard of the double bed. The sofa itself can also be converted into an additional sleeping space when needed.
