DQ Tower: The Tiny House That Thinks Like a Skyscraper

Andrea | 06/08/2026

What if a tiny home borrowed its design inspiration from a skyscraper?

The DQ Tower by Moduleform takes a completely different approach to compact living by building upward instead of outward. With a footprint of just 13 x 13.8 feet (4 x 4.2 meters), this innovative prefab home packs over 388 square feet (36.1 square meters) of living space into three levels.

Unlike many tiny homes that combine every function into a single open area, the DQ Tower creates distinct zones across its floors. The ground level serves as the home's social hub, featuring the kitchen, dining area, living room, and a bathroom. The second floor offers a private bedroom and full bath, while the top level houses the primary bedroom with space for a desk or workspace.

Large windows throughout the home bring in plenty of natural light, helping the interior feel far more spacious than its footprint suggests. The clean modern exterior, combined with its vertical design, gives the DQ Tower a unique architectural presence that stands out from traditional tiny homes.

Built using a prefabricated steel-frame system, the DQ Tower is designed for efficient installation and can serve as a full-time residence, vacation retreat, guest house, or short-term rental.
